Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after being placed, before they are processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
